The Summer BBQ as an annual event where even a smattering of rain doesn’t dampen our spirits. The alfresco feast was enjoyed by all and an appetite gained by caving and other outdoor pursuits.
There were two trips on the Saturday, one to Agen Allwedd in the environs of the Music Room and the other to Ogof Draenen for lots of boulder hopping in the impressively large and lofty Big Country. A gazebo had been erected in the morning ready for the BBQ, which turned out to be most useful when it rained. Undeterred by a bit of moistness, the BBQ continued and was enjoyed by all - as was the barrel of beer.
